复式铰链及复式万向铰链型波纹管: 万向铰链波纹补偿器可以补偿任意平面的角位移,万向铰链波纹补偿器两个或三个与一个铰链型配置使用,可以补偿立体管系的横向挠曲。
产品说明:由两组波纹管和结构件组成,主要用于吸收轴向位移而不能承受波纹管压力推力的膨胀节。因为结构简单,制造成本低,所以这是所有波纹管中价格最为便宜的一种,对于管道口径小,固定支座易于设置的管线,应优先采用这一种。但复式铰链及复式万向铰链型波纹管不能承受压力推力,所以在选用复式铰链及复式万向铰链型波纹管时,一定要正确计算压力推力,并正确地设置固定支座。对于大口径管线尽管压力低,但压力推力也大得惊人,所以一定要设置好固定支座和滑动支座。
